A Travel Consent Letter must be prepared in English and can be duplicated in a language of a destination country if needed. If one parent gives consent to another parent or adult to travel with a child, that parent must sign the Travel Consent Letter. However, if both parents are consenting to their child’s travel, both must sign a Travel Consent Letter in the presence of a notary public.
